How was your dinner? Do you make the turkey burgers and if so can you share the recipe?

The coconut oil is making me run to the bathroom if you catch my drift...no fun, hope that goes away soon. I haven't taken my pysllium in two days beacuse of that problem.

I think I'll keep taking it as long as I am losing weight.
Did you see Rie has calorie king now and is giving counting calories a go of. She is in a very long stall.

Actually, they were pre-formed frozen patties
from Jenny-O.  But, they were quite good!

Oh yes, great dinner. Tasted like I put on
2000 lbs extra...LOL...

I liked how you added the S/C/G to your signature line. Very neat.

Hope you're having a good day at work. Do you and Mrs. Tek have any plans for dinner? I finally have a day off. I am working out in a bit then I pick up DD from school...we are going to the grocery after and I am gonna make pasta with beans and kale. Of course I am the only one eating it...lol. To healthy for my kid and daddy. Although  got my Lexie to eat ww spaghetti , sauce and turkey last week if you didn't know any better you'd think it was the regular kind.

My knee hurts from working out....better take it easy today.
I am trying to find a workout schedule for machines...I really don't know what I am doing. Right now I just do the Nautilus circuit 12 reps 2 sets.
Any ideas? I have been searching the net..no luck yet.

We had dinner out with some friends.

I had blackened grill talapia with some
plain garlic mashed potatoes, fresh steamed
veggie medley and a small garden salad. It
rocked!

Wish I had an asnwer for you on the work out
thing. I just play with the weight machines once
or twice a week for a few minutes or so. I still
would rather spend my time doing the cardio.

Hope the pasta and the beans turned out good.

Your dinner sounds awesome! My pasta turned out so good, the recipe is in my blog...it's ww bowties with turkey sausage, white beans and kale with sundried tomatoes...yummo.
Reduced the CO to 1 tbls, day one was 3 T..next day 2 T and today 1/2 T twice...we shall see.
